Ziran will accept, for return, exchange, or store credit, clothing items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. We accept returns for full refunds (less shipping charges) within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale, with a discount code, custom orders, Accessories (i.e. facemasks, scrunchies, mask holders, etc) or any Yang Sheng items.

We issue exchanges or store credit within 30 days of receipt of goods. Given the handmade, exclusive nature of our products, we can only exchange your item(s) if we still have that print and fabric available. Items must be returned with all Ziran tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.

All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is non-negotiable.
