Returns and Exchanges
The return and exchange policies for each Brand Partner vary depending on the nature of the product/ location etc. The detail on this is visible on the product page and presented to you at the time of checkout. We are committed to facilitating the policies of our sellers and honouring the return policy for our customers provided items are returned in the same condition in which they were received including their original packaging/tags.
The first step is to contact us directly at support@thewildshowcase.com to get an approval code to return the merchandise. Once you get the approval code, you will ship the goods back to The Wild Showcase or the specific brand and they must be received within 10 days. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the merchandise has been received we will issue a refund within 72 hours to your original form of payment.
Vintage, customised items, wellness goods, underwear and all others marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.
Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve this.
